Returns & Refund Policy

Your satisfaction with Brawny Care products is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied, you have 30 days from receipt of your order to initiate a return.

Returns Process

  1. Contact our customer service team at brawnycare@gmail.com
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. We'll send you a return shipping label via email
  4. Package unused items securely in original packaging
  5. Attach the shipping label and drop off at any Post Office
  6. Once received, we'll process your refund within 5 business days

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original, unopened packaging
  • Accompanied by original receipt or proof of purchase
  • Returned within 30 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened skincare products
  • Used personal care items
  • Products with broken seals
  • Gift cards

Refund Process

Once we receive your return:

  • We'll inspect the item within 24 hours
  • You'll receive an email confirming your refund
  • Refund will be issued to original payment method
  • Allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear

Exchanges

For exchanges:

  • Contact customer service before returning
  • Specify the product you'd like to exchange for
  • We'll hold your preferred item while processing the return
  • Shipping is free for exchanges within the UK

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receipt
  • Include photos of the damaged/incorrect item
  • We'll send a replacement at no additional cost
  • Return shipping will be covered by Brawny Care
